What do we expect

• Advanced experience of 3+ years in Business Analysis.
• Should be an independent Business Analyst/Product Owner who takes ownership of their own responsibilities.
• Be able to manage the entire project lifecycle, from Sprint 0 all the way to UAT and go-live, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Gather business requirements, work closely with clients, and create essential documentation like BRD, FRS, and SRS.
• Work on process flow diagrams, use case catalogues, and ensure clear, structured documentation throughout the project.
• Write well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria that guide the development process.
• Have a solid understanding of accounting for projects, keeping track of resources like time and budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned throughout the process.
• Contribute to the development of web and mobile applications and stay updated with Gen AI technology trends.
• Be a team player who's invested in both the project and team responsibilities, always pushing for improvements and new features.

• Take full ownership of your responsibilities as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, managing your own tasks independently.
• Manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Handle the entire project lifecycle, from Sprint 0 to UAT and go-live, ensuring each stage is executed flawlessly.
• Gather business requirements, work directly with end-customers, and create key documentation like Functional Specifications, BRD, and System Requirements.
• Develop process flow diagrams, use case catalogues, and other essential project documents, maintaining clear and structured communication.
• Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, guiding development and ensuring everyone's on the same page.
• Keep track of project accounting, including resources like time, budget, and equipment, to ensure milestones are met on target.
• Be an excellent communicator with clients and stakeholders, handling relationships and managing expectations effectively while pushing forward with new features and improvements.
