Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Sawai Madhopur. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, managing receptionist duties, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with the guests. The individual will be responsible for training and supervising front office staff, resolving guest issues, and maintaining an efficient workflow in the front office.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including answering phone calls and managing the front desk
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Experience in managing Reservations efficiently and accurately
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
