Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, specifically GCP or AWS, and a proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure cloud environments. You will work closely with engineers, and product managers to ensure our infrastructure meets the needs of our applications and services. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions on GCP/AWS.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure components, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and databases.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Deployment Manager.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and management processes.
  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, and cost.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure infrastructure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in GCP/AWS and its services (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud SQL).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Deployment Manager).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud Build).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
