- Experience : 8 YearsJTek Software is looking for an experienced Epicor Admin/Implementation Specialist to join our team and take ownership of implementing, configuring, and optimizing Epicor ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities : Epicor ERP Administration :
- Administer and configure Epicor ERP systems to meet business requirements.
- Perform system installations, configuration, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
Implementation & Configuration :
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Configure Epicor modules like Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory.
= Customize Epicor according to business needs. System Optimization & Performance :
- Monitor Epicor system performance and optimize for efficiency and reliability.
- Provide ongoing technical support for system users.
- Implement patches, upgrades, and bug fixes as required.
User Training & Support :
- Provide user training on Epicor ERP functionalities.
- Ensure proper user adoption and troubleshooting of issues.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication :
- Work closely with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams in the configuration and implementation of Epicor.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience with Epicor ERP administration or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Epicor modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory).
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with system optimization, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience in Epicor upgrades and patches.
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with cloud-based Epicor solutions.
- Epicor certifications or relevant training.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and Epicor integrations.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP implementations.
