About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in Vapi, ElevenLabs, LangChain, N8N, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a

, a hunger to learn, and the determination to excel in rapidly evolving AI and automation projects.

You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, context-aware conversational agents, automation workflows, and AI-powered voice applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. AI Agent Development

  2. Design, build, and deploy conversational AI agents using, ElevenLabs, LangChain and integrate them with external APIs and data providers.

  3. Implement context-aware interactions using MCP servers for real-time, persistent memory.

  4. Voice & Conversational Systems

  5. Integrate and optimise Vap/Elevenlabs for telephony and multi-channel voice experiences.

  6. Build ultra-realistic, human-like voice interactions using ElevenLabs (TTS) and robust STT pipelines.

  7. Workflow Automation

  8. Create complex, low-latency automation flows using N8N to connect AI agents with CRMs, databases, and third-party services.

  9. System Integration

  10. Integrate LLMs with real-time data sources and MCP servers for enhanced decision-making.

  11. Implement secure APIs, authentication, and compliance best practices.

  12. Performance Optimisation

  13. Ensure low-latency responses and high-quality voice and text outputs across all conversational solutions.

  14. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise system components for scalability and reliability.

  15. Collaboration & Learning

  16. Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and backend developers.

  17. Stay current with emerging AI, LLM, NLP, and conversational technology trends.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of proven software engineering experience in AI/automation-focused projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Vapi for real-time voice agent development.
  • ElevenLabs for text-to-speech and voice cloning.
  • LangChain for agent orchestration and tool integration.
  • N8N for automation workflows.
  • MCP servers for AI context management and external data integration.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs and JSON-based data exchange.
  • Understanding of LLM concepts, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and "can-do" mindset.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
  • Prior experience integrating STT and TTS pipelines in production.
