Chief of Staff
We are seeking a highly intelligent, driven, and versatile individual to join as a Founder's Associate / Chief of Staff. This is not a typical 9-to-5 job; it is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO of a diversified group with interests ranging from hospitality and real estate to mining and beyond.
You will be the CEO's strategic right-hand, tasked with driving growth, optimizing operations, and executing high-priority initiatives across our entire portfolio. The ideal candidate is a "jack-of-all-trades"—a problem-solver and an executor who can seamlessly transition from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation. If you are a high-achiever looking to make a tangible impact and accelerate your career, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO to identify and analyze new business opportunities, enhance existing revenue streams, and solve critical business challenges.
- Lead key strategic projects from conception to completion, such as market entry analysis, operational turnarounds, or technology implementations.
- Drive business development by identifying, reaching out to, and negotiating contracts with key partners, suppliers, and buyers.
- Conduct rigorous data validation on financial and operational metrics; build models and frameworks to track performance and uncover actionable insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor and leverage point for the CEO, providing support on a wide range of professional and personal tasks to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Take full ownership of ambiguous problems, developing and implementing practical and effective solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A Go-Getter and a Chaser: You are relentlessly resourceful and have a strong bias for action. You don't wait for instructions and are driven by results.
- Elite Academic Background: You have a degree from a premier institution, such as an IIT, IIM, or a top global university.
- Consulting DNA: You likely have a background in management consulting from a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and possess exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical Powerhouse: You are highly numerate and comfortable with data analysis, financial modeling, and deriving insights from complex information.
- Unwavering Commitment: You thrive in a high-performance, high-stakes environment. This is a demanding role that requires the dedication to see projects through, which may require working a 996-style schedule during critical periods.
- Tech-Savvy (Bonus): Experience with computer programming, data science, or software development is a significant plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a founder's office role.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate with complete discretion and integrity.
What We Offer:
- A competitive compensation package. Approximately 12 LPA including commision based on sales targets.
- Direct mentorship from a seasoned entrepreneur and the opportunity to learn how to build and scale businesses.
- Unparalleled exposure and responsibility across multiple industries.
- A fast-track career path with significant growth potential within the organization.
