Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital cum Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO, Paid Ads, and Digital Strategy to manage and execute marketing campaigns with a monthly budget of ₹10 Lakh. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in scaling campaigns, maximizing ROI, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube).
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical) to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages to enhance performance.
  • Allocate and monitor a ₹10 Lakh/month marketing budget to ensure high ROI.
  • Oversee social media strategy and ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report funnel metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, and Lead Generation.
  • Proven track record of managing large marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Tag Manager.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Google Ads & Meta certifications preferred.

Preferred Tools & Platforms:

  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads
  • CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce (bonus)
