Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices are applied in all environments.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to support the full software delivery lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices, tooling, and processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in Azure DevOps and cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Azure services (App Services, AKS, ACR, Storage, Networking, Security).
  • CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
  • Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
  • Scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integrating security in pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305).
  • Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
