monopoly
in this space. This cutting-edge robotic system ensures precision, efficiency, and reliability in sample processing, making it a game-changer for pathologists, medical institutions, and cancer research centers.

The Role

This is not a one-track engineering role. Youll be working at the intersection of R&D and production, building high-precision robotic systems that involve complex liquid handling and critical assembly. The systems you build will depend heavily on ROS (Robot Operating System) and computer vision, so if you're strong in those areas and like getting your hands dirty - literally and figuratively - you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibility

• Designing, integrating, and testing robotic systems for high-precision operations, especially involving liquids.
• Working with ROS and computer vision tools to develop intelligent robotic behaviour.
• Bridging R&D prototypes with production-ready systems.
• Setting up and refining the entire system pipeline from assembly to deployment.
• Interfacing directly with clients to understand use cases, gather feedback, and implement feature upgrades.
• Troubleshooting real-world issues, iterating quickly, and contributing to rapid feature development.
• Eventually specialising in one or more of these areasR&D, client integration, production optimisation, or automation pipeline.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ROS, OpenCV, and robotic hardware.
• A systems mindset - able to think across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Comfort with testing hardware in real environments.
• Excellent communication - youll be working with clients as well as internal teams.
• Bonus: Experience in fluid dynamics, automation in FMCG/medical/chemical domains.

Where This Can Go

If you deliver and drive results, youll move into a
Product Owner or Product Manager role
within a year, taking charge of the entire system and owning the roadmap.
