Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring, preparation and maintenance of P&L and balance sheet.
- Ensure timely submission of financial statements, audits, and statutory records.
- Finalize accounts and ensure compliance with Income Tax, ROC, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Liasioning with various government representative such as Income Tax, GST, ROC, RBI authorities.
- Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking, and debt restructuring to optimize costs.
- Project finance management.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, debtor management, and ERP/SAP-driven reporting.
- Provide accurate MIS and financial insights to management.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives including expansion projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) required; Company Secretary (CS) would be an added advantage.
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably from phama background.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong expertise in corporate, sales & manufacturing finance, taxation, and compliance.
- ERP/SAP exposure essential.
