• Acquire new NRI / HNI customers through referrals, market activities, and lead generation initiatives
• Manage and grow the existing portfolio of NRI / HNI clients to achieve revenue and liability growth targets
• Facilitate NRI account opening and onboarding processes with accuracy and compliance
• Cross-sell wealth management, investment, and third-party products (e.g., insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits)
• Conduct periodic client meetings to review financial needs, product suitability, and relationship satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with KYC / AML guidelines and all internal banking policies
• Maintain high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through personalized relationship management
• Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
