Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our educational courses. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who is passionate about education, has a strong understanding of digital marketing, and is experienced in driving course sales through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote and sell Auzworld's learning courses across various platforms.
• Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads through paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and organic content.
• Sales Funnel Management: Optimize the customer journey from awareness to enrollment, improving conversion rates at each stage.
• Content Coordination: Work with internal teams to create impactful marketing materials (emails, videos, blogs, brochures, social posts) tailored to target audiences.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics and ROI; adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Market Research: Understand the needs of aspiring migrants and legal course seekers to tailor messaging and content.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or legal/immigration course sales.
• Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, SEM, social media ads, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Proven success in driving online course sales or similar educational products.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (English proficiency required).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup (must have a laptop and reliable internet).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
• Strong data analysis and performance tracking skills.

Preferred:

• Experience marketing immigration, legal, or compliance-related educational content.
• Familiarity with Australian migration laws or visa systems.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
