Full Stack Developer Intern

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Full Stack Developer Intern and help build the next-generation Ground Control Station (GCS) application for drones. You'll work on cutting-edge UAV technology, integrating real-time telemetry, mission planning, and 3D mapping into a seamless, cross-platform desktop application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cross-platform desktop applications using , , and TypeScript.
• Build intuitive UI/UX for drone control, telemetry visualization, and mission planning.
• Implement 3D mapping & geospatial visualization using Mapbox, Cesium, or
• Develop scalable state management solutions with React Context API.
• Build and maintain Flask backend for drone communication and real-time data processing.
• Implement Flask-SocketIO/WebSockets for low-latency, high-performance communication.
• Integrate with MAVSDK for drone telemetry and control.
• Optimize algorithms, memory usage, and performance using strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) skills.
• Handle real-time telemetry and mission planning efficiently.
• Collaborate with UAV teams to ensure robust, real-world integrations.
• Ensure cross-platform support (Windows, macOS, Linux) and smooth end-user experience.
• Assist with DevOps, Docker setups, and Linux-based deployments (bonus).

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering or have a bachelor's degree in the said fields.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, , , Context API, UI/UX design
• Backend: Python, CPP, Flask, Flask-SocketIO/WebSockets, REST APIs
• Drone Communication: MAVSDK
• Mapping & Visualization: Mapbox GL, Cesium,
• CS Fundamentals: Strong problem-solving, DSA, algorithm & performance optimization
• General: Real-time systems, cross-platform app development
• Bonus: DevOps, Docker, Linux experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

This is a paid internship position, and the duration and schedule can be negotiated based on the candidate's availability and our project needs. Excellent performers will have the opportunity to convert to full-time.
