Role Description

This is a passion-based, part-time collaboration
 for a 
Mechanical Fabricator / Machinist / Engineer
 in Bangalore. You won't find a polished office or factory floor here—just raw ambition, problem-solving, and the drive to turn sunlight into power. You'll help us design and build the very first prototype of our solar concentrator and storage systems. That means hands-on fabrication, creative use of materials, and plenty of experimentation.

Qualifications

  • Comfort with metalwork: cutting, welding, mounting, bending.
  • Ability to translate rough sketches/ideas into workable builds (CAD skills are a bonus, not mandatory).
  • Maker's spirit—able to improvise with limited tools and space.
  • Curiosity about renewable energy and a genuine interest in sustainability.
  • Passion over pay (for now) —this is about building something bigger than all of us.
