Senior Product Manager – Custom Apps (Professional Services & Retention)

Team: Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) 

 Experience Required: 4+ years in Product Management

About the Role 

We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape the roadmap for custom applications that enable our Professional Services / Customer success teams and improve customer retention. 

This is a mid-level role on a central team that supports the full customer life cycle. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tools that streamline onboarding, improve delivery outcomes, and increase long-term customer value. The role offers significant ownership, visibility, and career growth opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Manage the product lifecycle for custom/internal apps used by Professional Services teams. Develop and drive product strategies that reduce time-to-value and enhance customer stickiness. Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Analytics, and Professional Services to define impactful solutions. Lead product discovery, write clear requirements, and prioritize features based on business needs. Use data and user feedback to identify friction across the customer journey and solve for it. Communicate product strategy and progress with stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives 

Who Would Be a Good Fit 

You have 4–6 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment. You're passionate about improving customer outcomes through internal tools or operational platforms. You're comfortable partnering across functions and have a strong understanding of Professional Services / Customer success workflows. You enjoy solving problems using both quantitative insights and qualitative research. You value clarity, collaboration, and iterative learning.
