Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Jobee Fie, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology in the field of IT services. Your primary responsibilities will include working with Lytx Safety Software, which manages extensive video and data from over 700,000 vehicles worldwide. You will be responsible for building solutions that collect, organize, and present information for tracking the safety and efficiency of commercial transportation drivers and fleets. Additionally, you will lead projects, establish engineering best practices, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across Agile teams. You will also utilize Video Telematics, Machine Vision, and AI to derive intelligent insights for all devices and vehicles on our network, accelerating our software development process.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should hold a B.E/B Tech in Computer Science/Engineering or possess equivalent experience. Additionally, they should have at least 5-8 years of experience as an Enterprise Software Engineer, with a strong foundation in building scalable web applications and expert knowledge of object-oriented design practices and enterprise patterns. The candidate should also demonstrate expertise in high-level languages (preferably C#), full-stack development with a focus on the frontend using Angular or similar web frameworks, design and development experience with microservices and RESTful APIs, data modeling, working with databases like MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, collaboration across numerous teams, creation of new strategies to achieve results, building testable systems using Unit Testing and TDD methodologies, and Agile software development experience. A passion for collaboration and mentoring junior developers is also desired.
