About the Role

  • Architect and oversee enterprise Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
  • Define CRM strategy, governance, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Lead Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and innovation initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align Salesforce strategy with business goals.
  • Introduce AI, Einstein Analytics, and next-gen automation.
  • Build and manage global Salesforce teams and delivery frameworks.
