Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to manage and optimize platform-wide features such as Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Identity Authentication Services (IAS), IPS, and other transversal components. This role ensures system-wide security, access management, and seamless functioning across all SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

-Configure, maintain, and optimize Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure accurate and secure access management across all modules.

-Implement and manage Identity Authentication Services (IAS) / Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) for single sign-on and user lifecycle management.

-Handle Trusted Relationship Setup (TRS) and related integrations for cross-system trust and connectivity.

-Work closely with module consultants (EC, Compensation, Learning, etc.) to ensure transversal functionalities align with business requirements.

-Perform system audits, compliance checks, and role validation to ensure data security.

-Provide support for upgrades, releases, and new implementations of transversal features.

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security, access, and platform-level integration.

-Document configuration and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
