Job Title: IB PYP Science & Mathematics Teacher (Grades 1–2)

Location: Bannerghatta, Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated IB PYP Science & Mathematics Teacher to join our team in delivering the Primary Years Programme to students in Grades 1 and 2. This full-time position offers an opportunity to inspire young learners and contribute to their academic and personal growth within an inquiry-based, transdisciplinary framework.

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, implement, and assess inquiry-based lessons in Science and Mathematics aligned with the IB PYP framework.
  

• Student Engagement: Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
  

• Assessment & Feedback: Utilize formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators to plan interdisciplinary units of inquiry and share best practices.
  

• Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
  

• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional learning opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with IB PYP developments.
  

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field.
  

• Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of teaching experience in an IB PYP setting, preferably with early primary grades.
  

• Certification: IB PYP training or certification is highly desirable.
  

• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
