Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor and maintain records of materials, manpower, and work progress.
• Ensure all construction work complies with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and assist in billing verification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in site execution and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor conditions.
