  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Handle walk-in clients at project sites and provide them with project details.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain features, amenities, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for booking formalities, agreements, and customer support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the Sales Manager.
