Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will handle day-to-day social media strategy, including creating and optimizing content, scheduling posts, growing online engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include developing content strategies aligned with marketing goals, managing brand voice across platforms, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure a cohesive online presence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Exceptional skills in Communication and Writing to drive engagement.
  • Experience in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies.
  • Analytical mindset to track, evaluate, and improve social media performance.
  • Creative thinking and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns with attention to detail.
  • Experience in the real estate, interior design, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
