About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product Strategy & Business Operations team. This role will play a key part in analyzing and reporting product usage data across the Genesys portfolio. Your insights will directly support strategic decision-making and improve the understanding of how our customers engage with our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & Data Analysis

• • Support internal and external reporting of Product Usage.

  • Gather, validate, and interpret data to ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports.

  • Execute SQL queries to fill data gaps and build more complete data sets.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and quality.

• Visualization & Dashboards

• • Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards to automate metrics and streamline reporting.

  • Support the development of PowerPoint presentations for executive and corporate meetings.

  • Provide actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling.

• Collaboration & Support

• • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business reporting needs.

  • Document reporting processes and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, reporting analyst, or data analyst role.

• Knowledge in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and strong Excel skills.

• Experience executing SQL/manual queries to extract and manipulate data.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.

• Experience in corporate reporting.

• Knowledge of Genesys' products and services a plus.
