Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Java & NodeJS

In this Role, you will lead the design and development of scalable backend systems using Java and NodeJS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance APIs and services, integrate cloud-native technologies, and contribute to AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS
  • Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Implement scalable microservices architecture and pub/sub messaging using Kafka
  • Integrate cloud services (AWS/GCP) into backend systems
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Drive CI/CD pipeline adoption and automation
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
  • Hand on experience in backend development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS
  • Experience with REST /GraphQL API development
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools like AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI
  • Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, ArgoCD)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and certifications are a plus
