About the Role:
Join a growing engineering team bridging HVAC design and Building Information Modeling (BIM). You'll work on real-world projects in Revit—designing, modeling, and coordinating HVAC systems for pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and industrial facilities across India.
What You'll Do:
o Develop and maintain 3D HVAC models and drawings in Autodesk Revit (as per BIM Execution Plan).
o Perform heating/cooling load calculations using tools like HAP or Trace 700.
o Select equipment (AHUs, chillers, pumps, fans, etc.) and prepare technical submittals.
o Create schematics, P&IDs, BOQs, and ensure QA compliance with project standards.
o (Optional) Support on-site activities—surveys, commissioning, and contractor coordination.
What we're Looking For:
o Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply).
o Experience: 1–3 years in HVAC consultancy, design-build, or BIM environment.
o Software Skills: Autodesk Revit (HVAC), plus one load calculation tool (HAP / Trace / IES VE).
o Core Knowledge: Load analysis, psychrometrics, duct & pipe sizing, ASHRAE/ISHRAE/NBC/SMACNA standards, and HVAC documentation—schedules, specs, and BOQs.
o Bonus Skills: Field exposure to HVAC erection or commissioning, Familiarity with Navisworks, energy modeling, or CFD, & Basic understanding of controls/BMS integration.
