Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Biostatistician to join our medical research and clinical team in Nashik. The role involves applying statistical methods to design, analyze, and interpret data from medical and healthcare studies to support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement statistical methodologies for medical and clinical research projects.
• Analyze biomedical data from clinical trials, laboratory research, or healthcare studies.
• Prepare statistical reports, charts, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with doctors, researchers, and medical engineers to interpret study results.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare data regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in protocol design, case report form (CRF) development, and statistical analysis plans.
• Provide biostatistical support for research publications and presentations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in statistical tools and software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Python).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of biostatistical principles and clinical research methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in hospital-based or medical research settings.
• Familiarity with clinical data management and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
