About The Job
Glocify Technologies Pvt Ltd is urgently looking for experienced and passionate PHP Developers to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing dynamic web applications using PHP and related technologies and be ready to take ownership of development tasks.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
  • Design and develop efficient MySQL database schemas and queries
  • Implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs for integration with front-end and third-party applications
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, front-end developers) to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure proper documentation of application features, APIs, and database structures
  • Monitor and resolve application issues in a timely manner
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for existing systems

Required Skillset

  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Solid experience in Laravel framework development
  • Hands-on experience in developing and integrating RESTful web services and APIs
  • Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git
  • Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database interactions
  • Experience in working with front-end technologies (basic knowledge of frameworks like , React, or Angular is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Good understanding of web application security principles

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development
