We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Mobile Software Development Engineer to join our Mobile App team. Reporting to the VP, Software Development Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of software engineers specializing in mobile application development within the cloud security domain.
  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex commercial products, ensuring timely, on-budget completion
  • Defining the scope, timelines, and deliverables while aligning with business goals and resource strategies
  • Offering technical mentorship to team members, supporting their growth and skill development
  • Acting as a liaison between your engineering teams and the rest of the company, providing regular updates on project status, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 8 years in native mobile software engineering and 3 years leading development teams of 5 or more engineers
  • Skilled in Swift for iOS or Kotlin for Android, with experience in coding, code reviews, and client architecture discussions
  • Experienced in leading software development teams in agile environments and delivering high-quality, complex products
  • Experienced in coaching managers and developers of all levels
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning

  • Bachelor's in computer science or related field is required
