About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with around 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, payroll data, etc.) accurately.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Handle employee engagement activities, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely evaluation and feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Ensure smooth offboarding and exit formalities, including final settlements and exit interviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
