We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Implement business logic and data persistence layers using Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
  • Design and optimize database schemas (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and write efficient queries.
  • Secure APIs using Spring Security (e.g., with JWT or OAuth2).
  • Create and maintain Dockerfiles to containerize your Spring Boot applications.
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Testcontainers.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to define API contracts and ensure seamless integration.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Should have 6+ years Strong professional experience in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (Web, Data, Security).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker is essential.
  • Familiarity with fundamental Kubernetes concepts (Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps).
  • Proficient with build tools (Maven/Gradle), Git, and CI/CD principles.
  • Experience in AGILE Methodology, Jira/Confluence.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially GKE, Cloud SQL, or Pub/Sub; knowledge of message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
