Role Overview

We are looking for proficient / TypeScript Developers to join our Enterprise Product Engineering team.

Youll collaborate with senior architects and product managers to design, build, and optimize backend systems that power Inspiras SaaS suite, including:

• CRM & Sales Automation
• Field Service & Support Operations
• ERP & Financial Accounting
• Project & Workflow Management
• B2B E-Commerce

This is a backend-heavy full-stack role (70% backend, 30% frontend) ideal for developers who love designing systems, APIs, and scalable architectures.

You'll own end-to-end features — from API design to deployment — including React-based admin dashboards. You'll also help prepare our platforms for AI-readiness by building data pipelines and modular service layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using and TypeScript (primarily NestJS).
• Develop and document RESTful APIs and microservices using OpenAPI (Swagger).
• Implement and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
• Work with ORMs (TypeORM / Prisma) for type-safe data modeling.
• Build modular, testable code with Jest / Supertest and participate in thorough code reviews.
• Containerize and deploy via Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) on AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Implement multi-tenant architecture, RBAC, audit trails, and strong security layers (OAuth2 / JWT).
• Continuously improve observability, caching, and performance across services.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to deliver production-grade enterprise modules.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Competencies (Must-Have)

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in and TypeScript development.
• Strong command over JavaScript, SQL, and API design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in NestJS or framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including query optimization.
• Familiarity with (hooks, state management) for building simple UIs or dashboards.
• Practical experience with Git, agile workflows, and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of security, scalability, and system performance.

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Experience with caching or messaging systems (Redis, BullMQ, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
• Awareness of SaaS multi-tenancy, audit logging, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2).

Bonus & Learning Edge
