Our client is an esteemed insurance broking firm supported by private equity backing.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee placement strategies for insurance products across multiple channels.
  • Work with underwriting teams to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with insurers.
  • Ensure that the placement process is efficient and cost-effective, meeting both client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement retention programs to reduce client churn and improve loyalty.
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to increase renewal rates and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, addressing issues and optimizing client touchpoints to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate training and guidance on placement and retention strategies for sales teams, aligning them with business goals.
  •  Provide insights and feedback to help in designing competitive products and pricing structures.
  • Analyse data on retention rates, placement efficiency, and client satisfaction to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop reports and presentations for executive leadership to communicate performance and areas for improvement.
  • Use data to make informed recommendations for improving placement and retention efforts.
  • Lead a team responsible for placement and retention activities, setting performance standards and goals.
  • Mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client-focused service.
  •  Conduct training on best practices for placement and retention.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Should possess 10+ years of experience in insurance broking with a focus on Placement and Retention.
