Description
Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Citrix Cloud Administrator to manage and optimize our Citrix Cloud environment. This role involves hands-on administration of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for end-users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Citrix Cloud environments, including Virtual Apps and Desktops.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Citrix components such as Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, and Workspace.
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Manage user access, security policies, and compliance within Citrix Cloud.
  • Implement patches, upgrades, and migrations for Citrix infrastructure.
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for integration with Active Directory, Windows Server, and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide Tier II/III support for Citrix-related incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident and change management.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Citrix administration, including Citrix Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, XenApp/XenDesktop, and NetScaler.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls).
  • Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V) preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Citrix Farm migrations and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (PowerShell).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
