HLG Business Solutions is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Visa Consultant (Female) with 3+ years of experience in visa processing, including Schengen and GCC visa services. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and experienced in international travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Shengan Visa Experience Needed

Manage the end-to-end visa process for Schengen, GCC, and other international destinations (business, visit, dependent, and employment visas).

Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, documentation, and timelines.

Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications to embassies and consulates.

Liaise with external agencies, VFS centers, and embassies to track application status.

Stay up to date with evolving visa regulations for Europe, Middle East, and other regions.

Maintain visa records, generate status reports, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Handle inquiries and provide after-service support, including reapplications or corrections.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in visa consulting or travel documentation services.

Proven expertise in Schengen visa processing (especially for countries like Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, etc.).

Strong understanding of GCC visa rules and embassy protocols (Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, KSA).

Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam or Hindi is a plus).

High attention to detail, process-oriented, and ability to manage multiple applications.
