Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management:Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.
- Customer Service:Ensure high standards of guest experience, manage customer feedback, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Operations Management:Oversee daily F&B operations in areas like restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
- Inventory and Cost Control:Monitor and manage inventory, order supplies, and assist in controlling food and beverage costs.
- Health and Safety:Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all F&B areas.
- Quality Assurance:Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation by coordinating closely with kitchen and bar teams.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance:Ensure all dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
