Structural Engineer cum Design Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced Structural Engineer cum Design Coordinator to lead, coordinate, and manage the design and execution aspects of structural works in ongoing infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, design coordination skills, and hands-on execution experience to ensure seamless integration between design intent and site implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between the design team, concessionaire, and PMC for ongoing projects
  • Review and interpret designs prepared by consultants to ensure accurate execution
  • Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical queries and align with design intent
  • Support in resolving design-related challenges during pre-construction and construction stages
  • Ensure compliance with structural design codes, safety norms, and quality standards

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of structural design drawings & construction methodologies
  • Proficiency in structural software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD preferred)
  • Effective stakeholder coordination & conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities

Qualification & Experience:

M.Tech in Structural Engineering

10–15 years of experience in structural design and coordination

(Experience as a Structural Design Engineer with execution exposure preferred)
