ATM Loading Custodian

Job Purpose:The ATM Loading Custodian is responsible for safe handling, loading, and unloading of cash in ATMs as per company guidelines. The role ensures cash is transported and replenished securely, while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle, load, and unload cash into ATMs as per defined process.
• Ensure accurate counting, tallying, and documentation of cash movement.
• Follow security protocols during ATM replenishment and route movements.
• Conduct basic checks at ATM sites (machine status, sealing, log maintenance).
• Report discrepancies, incidents, or technical issues to the operations/control room immediately.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of daily transactions.
• Coordinate with drivers, gunmen, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, RBI guidelines, and safety standards.
• Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Age: 18 to 30 years.
• Prior experience in cash management, security, or logistics preferred (freshers can apply).
• Physically fit and able to handle long working hours/travel.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of ATM operations will be an advantage.
