high-impact engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and scale powerful backend systems that support autonomous AI sales agents — leveraging Python and cutting-edge AI integrations.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    full-stack LLM applications
    , focusing on
    Python back-end development
    .
  • Collaborate with
    AI/ML teams
    to integrate Generative AI capabilities into core products.
  • Optimize backend performance for
    scalability, reliability, and speed
    .
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy new product features.
  • Contribute to architecture, product design, and best engineering practices.


What Makes You a Fit

  • 4+ years
    of experience in software development, with strong focus on
    Python

  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like
    Django
    or
    Flask

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
