Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Project planning from the scratch, understanding the techno-commercial deliverables, working closely with VIL internal solutions/Sales/Network teams, and acting as a SPOC for the end customer.
• Advocating the end customers for the day to day project deliverables, operations, addressing RF coverage related complaints, connectivity/data communication shortfalls, SLAs, Billing related, etc..
• Must have a strong understanding of troubleshooting the TCP/IP packets in terms of customer reported problem statements related to latching, data communications, SMS, inhouse portal etc.. 
• Fair understanding of various types of Application integrations, network connectivity, Network Protocols, MPLS link delivery , etc..
• Must have a good understanding of various Telecommunication technologies and Standards (4G, 5G, MPLS, 3GPP ect,, )
• Leading both internal and customer leadership meetings, preparation of relevant documentation and stakeholders management
• Decision making capabilities, creating the mitigation plans, tracking critical project milestones and MIS/Reporting

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Past professional experience including Project experience (Stakeholders management, Rik management, MIS & Reporting, Customer reviews )

• Min. 7 of experience of leading large projects as part System Integration business/Project Management/IT Solution Delivery/OEM ecosystems or Equivalent
• Previous experience in leading complex projects related to Telecom, Smart Cities, AMI(Smart meters, HES, MDMS), City Surveillance, IOT or equivalent 
• Solid understanding of various IOT solution architectures and customer use cases
• Experience in various data centre technologies like compute/storage/Networking technologies, DC/DR failover mechanism - On-prem and Cloud

Must have technical/ professional qualifications

• Graduation: B.E/B.Tech - ECE/EEE/CSE or relevant work experience
• Certifications like CCNA/PMP/Cloud certifications would be a plus.
• Fair understanding in project management tools like Jira, MS Projects or equivalent.
