We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with a minimum of 4-5 years of expertise in the Spices and Dry Fruits industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality spices and dry fruits to meet the company's production and sales demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers of spices and dry fruits.

Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and explore new partnerships to diversify the supply chain.

Market Analysis:

Stay abreast of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics in the spices and dry fruits industry.

Conduct regular market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their competitiveness.

Procurement Planning:

Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure a steady and cost-effective supply of spices and dry fruits.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality standards for all incoming spices and dry fruits.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality specifications.

Cost Management:

Analyze pricing structures and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising product quality.

Implement cost control measures to optimize the procurement budget.

Logistics and Inventory Management:

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess stock while preventing shortages.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

I Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

II Proven 4-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the Spices and Dry Fruits industry.

III Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.

IV Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

V Familiarity with quality control processes in the food industry.

VI Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
