Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst in Operations Management to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS) and will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize MIS tools to gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and develop solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review.
  • Implement best practices in operations management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific operations and best practices.
  • Experience in data management and database systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in operations management or data analysis are a plus.
