About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Program Manager to lead operations-heavy programs, manage 3PL and logistics vendors, and drive end-to-end fulfilment and customer experience outcomes. This role is ideal for candidates who have thrived in high-velocity logistics or fulfilment ecosystems and enjoy solving complex, large-scale operational problems. Youll work at the intersection of execution, data, and decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Program & Operations Management

  2. Own end-to-end operational programs across fulfilment, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and warehousing operations.

  3. Translate business goals into clear execution plans, timelines, and success metrics.
  4. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations across cross-functional teams.

  5. Drive continuous improvement in TATs, cost efficiency, and service reliability.

  6. Vendor & Partner Management

  7. Manage 3PLs, courier partners, warehouse partners, and service vendors.

  8. Own vendor onboarding, SLAs, SOP adherence, scorecards, and periodic reviews.
  9. Drive performance management on metrics like next day delivery, NPS, reverse pickup metrics.
  10. Handle escalations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans with vendors.

  11. Optimize courier allocation, zonal performance, and cost per shipment.

  12. Fulfilment & Customer Experience Excellence

  13. Partner closely with CX,, Supply Chain, Tech, and Category teams.

  14. Own forward and reverse logistics across D2C channels.
  15. Identify experience gaps and lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).

  16. Own operational readiness for sales events, new launches, and peak demand periods.

  17. Data, Reporting & Process Improvement

  18. Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for operational KPIs.

  19. Use data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  20. Standardize SOPs, playbooks, and workflows across vendors and internal teams.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in operations / fulfilment / logistics program management.
  • Candidates from Tier-1/ Tier-2 are preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder/vendor management experience (3PLs, courier partners, warehouses)
  • Track record of successfully defining and executing initiatives with minimal supervision, reflecting a commitment to extreme ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards.
