Role & responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for BIM/CAD outsourcing projects in the Indian construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, general contractors, and MEP subcontractors.
- Understand project needs (drawings, modeling, detailing, coordination) and coordinate internally to prepare suitable proposals.
- Negotiate and close high-value service agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work with internal technical teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
- Stay updated on construction industry trends, regulations, and digital adoption (BIM, green building codes, smart cities initiatives, etc.).
- Generate leads via industry events, networking, and digital channels.
- Conduct presentations and client meetings to communicate service value.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop industry-specific sales campaigns.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the Indian construction industry (e.g., real estate, building materials, contracting, or allied services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle corporate and HNI clients, and close high-value transactions.
- Good understanding of how construction projects are executed and the role of design/documentation services (awareness of BIM/CAD workflows preferred, technical expertise not required).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
- Established network with developers, brokers, contractors, and consultants in the construction ecosystem.
