Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, particularly in residential construction, and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our ongoing projects. This role requires strong leadership abilities, CAD proficiency, and hands-on experience in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
  • Lead a team of junior engineers and manage labor, including subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with architects and clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Manage inventory and assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential construction.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CAD, strong leadership, and effective communication.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, Telugu
