Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, particularly in residential construction, and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our ongoing projects. This role requires strong leadership abilities, CAD proficiency, and hands-on experience in project management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
- Lead a team of junior engineers and manage labor, including subcontractors.
- Coordinate with architects and clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Manage inventory and assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Ensure smooth coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential construction.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD, strong leadership, and effective communication.
- Language: Proficiency in English, Telugu
