Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable railing product solutions.
  • Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, and project leads.
  • Support channel partners to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Handle pre-sales activities, sales follow-ups, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Conduct product presentations and share technical details with customers.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Diploma holder (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Railing, Glass, Faade, uPVC, ACP, or Building Material industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Willing to travel across the assigned territory.
