Exp Range- 8 to 10 yrs

Technical Skillset-

  • Must have good knowledge on
  • Familiarity with cloud-based Citrix solutions (Citrix cloud)
  • Citrix Netscaler (VPX/MPX)
  • Knowledge of other virtualization technologies (Xen Server,VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Strong understanding of Windows servers environments.
  • Experience with Citrix policies, profiles and strong problem solving skills.
  • Active Directory and GPOs.
  • DHCP & DNS

Must Have-

  • Extensive Skills on VDI Printing Solution and Scanning Solution and Print Server Management.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based Citrix solutions (Citrix cloud)
  • Must have Good Administration and Troubleshooting skills Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Xen Server).
  • Must have Good Administration and Strong understanding of Windows servers environments.
  • Experience with Citrix policies, WEM Policies, profiles and strong problem solving skills
  • Must have Good Administration and Troubleshooting skills on Citrix Netscaler (VPX/MPX)
  • Must have good expertise to work on major severity and drive RCA preparation and meet SLA for RCA submission along with planning and implementing fixes / patches.
  • Must have good knowledge on Basic Networking Concepts
  • Must have good knowledge on Active Directory and GPOs,

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Must have good knowledge and expertise on Administer, monitor, and maintain Citrix environments, including Citrix virtual apps and desktops
  • Good Experience to apply best practices, strategies, methodologies and approaches to upgrade large scale Citrix environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix infrastructure, performance and connectivity.
  • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies
  • Provide level 2 support to end users and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
  • Excellent skills to Prepare Technical Documents and SOPs related to Project works.
  • Must have good expertise to work on major severity and drive RCA preparation and meet SLA for RCA submission along with planning and implementing fixes / patches.
  • Lead exercises to optimize and stabilize VDI Environment.
  • Extensive Skills on Performance and Capacity management on vSphere, VDI, Windows environment.
  • Extensive Skills to Identify and Recommend improvement to existing process.
