Data Analyst

Job Summary:

Geetanjali is looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and extracting data related to sales, inventory, production, and customer orders. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update daily sales, production, and stock data into the company database and Excel sheets.
• Extract and organize data for management reports, including sales trends, wastage reports, and production efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory records.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the kitchen, sales, and accounts teams.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports as required by management.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing clean and structured data.
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and customer information.
• Assist in implementing new systems or software for data management and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or data handling.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).
• MYSQL Knowledge is required
• Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
