6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Organization:
P3SG, LLC

Experience:
1 to 1.5 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:


•
Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for U.S.-based clients.


•
Manage the full recruitment cycle and maintain strong candidate relationships.


•
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve hiring goals and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:


•
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.


•
Prior experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment is preferred.


•
Ability to work night shifts and perform well in a dynamic environment.
