Key Responsibilities:

* Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication work as per company requirements.

* Maintain and repair metal structures, containers, racks, trolleys, pallets, and other logistics facility equipment.

* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of welding machines, tools, and safety equipment.

* Conduct inspections to identify damages, wear, or repair needs in facility structures.

* Adhere to all safety guidelines and industry standards while performing welding tasks.

* Support facility maintenance team with fabrication and emergency repair work.

Requirements:

* ITI certified in Welder Trade.

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on welding experience in facility/logistics or related industry.

* Proficiency in different welding techniques (Arc, MIG, TIG, Gas Cutting, etc.).

* Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

* Good knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of equipment.

* Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to urgent repair requirements.
