Role & responsibilities

• Assist MEP engineers in the design, drafting, and modeling of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using AutoCAD or Revit software.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for MEP systems under project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits and assist in the inspection and evaluation of MEP installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural components and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Assist in the documentation and organization of project files, drawings, and other relevant documents to maintain accurate records and facilitate project coordination.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gain exposure to project management processes and client interactions.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to expand knowledge of MEP engineering principles, software tools, and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of MEP engineering concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Must be available to commit to a full-time internship for the specified duration.
